Implementation institutions of public economic preferences in Russia

The role of the existing economic institutions is explained in the paper. The author justifies the necessity for the construction of the modern economic institutions in a new economic growth model in Russia. The institutions which are involved in the economic policy at the present stage are described. The peculiarities of these institutions are come to light.
