Improving the social efficiency of lending to individuals as sustainable development imperative

A rational approach to the assessment of the socio-economic benefits of retail lending makes sense to develop on the basis of the sustainable development concept, considering the possibility of financial resources allocated by banks for retail lending into the source of programs that support sustainable development of local communities, regions, countries.
