Technological basis of business growth of transnational companies

The paper is devoted to prerequisites of expansion’s activity of multinational corporations and their geographical scaling interfaced to transition of world economy to a new stage of technological way (change). The author considers how change of the institutional environment affects opportunities of the national companies to become the world giants who have ensured domination in world economy, and allocated them with power comparable with economic and political influence of some developing countries.
