How to create from scratch the industry leader in modern Russia and the world: answers and riddles (on the book "Technonikol - principal role" by Sergei Kolesnikov and Igor Altshuler)

The author analyzes the history of the Russian company "Technonikol", which for 20 years has managed in 2013 to become 126 company among the 400 largest Russian companies and one of the largest in the world in the production of roofing and insulating materials. These companies are assessed in terms of their reliability. Identify the factors that is very rare in Russian manufacturing success. Among them are the outstanding personal qualities of its founders and features sectors of its activity. Particular attention is paid to rare in Russia careful attitude to talented employees. Company history "Technonikol" is considered in the context of the place of the Russian bourgeoisie in modern Russian economy and society. It is shown that the company's success is determined by combining the complexion is rare in Russia factors, especially the limited amount of co-talented people because of the huge loss of human capital in Russia in the 20th century and early 21st century.

The Russian food industry endures cardinal changes now, on the market the western corporations actively take root. With the entry of the WTO the competition between domestic and foreign producers of the food, between the Russian and import food becomes tougher. This circumstance brings to the forefront of a problem of optimization of business processes, managements of production resources, ensuring optimum interaction of systems of production and sale of food products, i.e. objectively demands essential increase of management efficiency as branch in general, and its separate components. The authors in the paper designated problems of increase of effective management of the food industry and offers application of strategic management as a basis for the solution of these problems. In the paper two main ways of development are analyzed: extensive development of the enterprise represents increase in production due to simple quantitative expansion of factors of production, for example, increases in number of workers and the intensive way of development represents increase in production due to more effective use of factors of production, i.e. due to introduction of new, more effective technologies by means of updating of fixed assets, due to professional development of labor, etc.

Ensuring food security and greening both at the level of the country, and at the level of regions are main objectives of modern agroeconomic policy. The state support creates favorable conditions for dynamic development of agrarian and industrial complex, raises investment opportunities and competitiveness of agricultural producers. A realization of the actions directed on assistance to the enterprises making import-substituting production of the regional agro-industrial complex is actual in modern economic conditions. The solution of this problem consists of investment projects implementation and production expansion of the operating enterprises. Considering new economic conditions, the ensuring financial stability of agricultural producers, availability of the food to needy segments of the population, production of valeologically safe food, and also increase efficiency of use of natural resources and conditions along with preservation of quality of environment at the local, regional and global levels are particularly acute challenges. Banks can be divided into three general groups of commercial banks, specialized banks, and interest- free banks depending on their activities. Due to the different nature of each of them and their activities, this study examines whether there is a fundamental difference in the type of their marketing strategies. In this regard, a variety of strategies for banking services were first examined, then differences in the application of these strategies in various banks were studied using Kruskal - Wallis test. The results indicated that there are differences in the marketing strategies of different types of banks. In addition to that Friedman test was used for priorities of strategies in every type of the banks (by SPSS).

The paper considers the practical aspects of professional mobility development for students specializing in Economics by means of foreign language. It is noted that the potential of a foreign language is not used in full since training in this discipline is delivered separately with the development of professional competence of the future expert. The article analyzes the existing experience of teaching English at non- linguistic faculties using CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach. The article suggests the ways of professional mobility development by means of foreign language. It discusses the advantages of innovative teaching, which is aimed at meeting the professional and educational needs of students, the development of professional mobility and creative thinking. It is concluded that studying a foreign language and non-language subject at the same time is an additional means to achieve high educational outcomes.
