Dear colleagues!

The Organizing Committee invites representatives of science, research and educational institutions, specialists of state and municipal administration, business representatives, undergraduates, graduate students and all interested persons to participate in the V International scientific conference "Institutional Transformation of the Economy: Space and Time"

The purpose of the conferenceis to encourage research in the field of institutional economics, as well as strengthen ties between the scholars usinginstitutional methodology in Russia and Eurasia.

Location: Kemerovo, Kemerovo State University.

The general theme of the conference will be discussed at a plenary session, a number of sections and round table.

Conference proceedings are to be published with each paper being separately indexedin Russian Science Citation Index.

The conference will hold a Young Economists’ Section (YES)for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students.

Proceedings of YES will be published as an e-book.

Forms of participation: as a presenter or distance participation.

Working languages: Russian and English.

Registration for the congress must be done through the online registration system https://niais.kemsu.ru/conf/conf/ITE-2017/. The deadline is March 1, 2017.

Participation fees

The participation fee is 1000 rubles. Payment must be made after participation confirmation, as the participant receives invitation. Please, send a scanned copy of payment document to the official email of the conference. Also, the conference fee can be paid at Kemerovo State University cash desk with indicating the purpose of payment.

Publication requires original text and registration done via online registration system (for each of the co-authors).

The text of the report: A single file up to 20 000 characters with spaces. Paper Size - A4, 1 interval. All fields - 20 mm. Title in capital letters (bold, 14 pt, centered). After a string of lowercase letters - academic degree and academic rank, initials and surname of the authors (font 14 pt, centered). Below (in italics) - name of the organization, city, country (14 pt font, centered). After a single interval should be abstract (no more than 10 lines, font 14 pt, justified) and after the single interval - keywords (up to 10 words and phrases, each keyword or phrase separated by a semicolon) (font 14 pt, width). After the text should be single spaced.

Technical specifications for the main text: TimesNewRoman font, 14 pt size, 1 interval, indention - 1.25 cm, alignment on the width of the page, spacing before and after paragraphs - 0 pt, automatic hyphwenation. Figures, tables should be placed in the text. References: endnotes (located at the end of the text).
