Innovation strategy

The formation problem of innovation development strategy, which consists of three parts: the maximum generation of innovation, development speed of innovation and the creation of an attractive offer for the consumer product innovation is considered in the paper. The creation of an innovative sector of the economy as a mechanism for implementing such a strategy is proposed. The innovative processes are formed in this sector, they are a precondition for the creation the innovations as a result of the innovative process, innovative products as a result of innovative production, and innovative form of services (management, promotion and support of innovative product) as a result of the innovation management process, marketing and innovation innovative support. The result is a unified innovative development strategy of the Russian economy and its sectors.
