Investment Activity of Tourism Clusters as a Means of Formation of International Tourism Entrepreneurship

This article discusses with the formation and development of international tourism entrepreneurship by stimulating investment activity of tourism clusters. The mechanism of stimulation of investment activity and its directions of concentration of investment streams in tourist business are considered. The main tasks in order to attract investment in the tourism industry of the region is to initialize organizational and economic processes aimed at injecting capital into the tourist infrastructure. A favorable environment for the creation of such mechanisms is to improve the quality and efficiency of managerial decisions in the investment industry, as well as ensuring the interaction of methodological, instrumental and managerial functions aimed at implementing investment projects. Tourism is the litmus of the level of coordination of interaction between municipal authorities and business structures in the region. The formation of a favorable tourist climate, the improvement of infrastructure and the creation of tools and mechanisms in tourism are an important factor for the development of tourism entrepreneurship, which is one of the budget-forming areas of the domestic regional economy, which is possible only with a systematic approach and sufficient justification of investment objectives in the region.
