Institutional Theory of Technological Change: Definition, Classification, Models

The author attempts to outline the institutional theory of technological change, a definition of technology, defined by types and classes and to classify technologies according to various criteria. The elementary formalization of technology change process is held; an institutional rule of growth for the firm is obtained, and also the production process of the structural problem of choice is shown.
